🐆 Guild Wars 2 Can T Reset Password

I couldnt log in to the gane because connection failed (but playing ffxiv and wow just fine), cant log into gw2 account either because my password is wrong, and i cant reset my password as well because it ask for Game Serial Code and Char name which i did insert correctly but keep getting "Some fields are invalid"

I’m having this trouble currently but there is no way I can find to contact support. Their website only has troubleshooting guides that link to each other in a loop. Can’t create a support ticket without signing in, can’t sign in if you can’t make an account. I got Guild Wars to have some nostalgia but can’t create an account.
