Every competitive game should have split screen if possible and if it fits the game itself. Also, Ghost is barely capable of making a game that even runs on PS4, split screen is almost impossible with this studio and game engine.
Consoles don't work the same as PC's for multiple displays. Maybe you could do some DIY thing: Ccapturing the PS4 output with a capture card and a PC > cutting the split screen into 2 separate sources > outputting each source to a monitor. Probably very inconvenient but maybe it would work. Definitely nothing natively on PS4 though.
